RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

No refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery only in the event that the product is defective or damaged. If it has been 14 days since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at AskUs@inkuh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Inkuh reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Changes and Cancellation

You can email AskUs@inkuh.com to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. We are only able to cancel or change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, Fro Butter cannot make any changes for orders that have already shipped.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
