A shampoo bar’s lifespan depends on its size, how much you use, wash frequency, hair length, and how well it dries. There is no reliable universal wash count.
Estimate your own lifespan
Track the date you start a bar and count washes until it is used up. Divide your wash count by washes per week to estimate weeks of use. For example, 24 washes at two washes per week equals 12 weeks. This is arithmetic, not an INKUH performance claim.
Let it drain and dry
Use a draining holder away from the shower stream. Allow the bar to dry before sealing it in a travel tin. INKUH’s Tropical Paradise directions also emphasize draining and drying bars after use.
Compare cost fairly
Divide the price you actually paid by your recorded wash count. Comparing cost per wash is more informative than comparing a solid bar with a bottle by appearance. Shared household use and double-cleansing can change how quickly it is finished.
